Kyndryl was spun-off of IBM IT infrastructure services in 2021. Our global base of customers includes 75 of the Fortune 100 companies. Operating from over 100 countries, our skilled professionals are committed to the success of our customers, collaborating with them and helping them to realize their ambitions.

"Kyn" comes from "kin." It represents the strong bonds we form with customers and with each other. Our people are at the heart of our business. "-dryl" is coined from "tendril," evoking new growth and connections. By working together, we are growing.

Kyndryl is partnering with Echoing Green, a global nonprofit focused on identifying and investing in early-stage social entrepreneurs, to support BIPOC entrepreneurship. Kyndryl's contributions will be spread across Echoing Green's fellowship programs, including its follow-on funding program which provides grants to Fellows performing racial justice work around the world.

Celebrating Pride

Respect for the differences among us, whether it be love, gender, race, or background, is important in fostering a more inclusive, diverse and equitable world. Kyndryl celebrates Pride Month with internal events to lift the voices of our LGBTQ+ team members and cultivate learning moments to help create more advocates for the community.

We celebrate Neurodiversity Acceptance Month to recognize the important talent and contributions of autistic and neurodiverse Kyndryls to our business, our customers and our communities.
